As a counsellor it is my hope to model grace, courage, and genuineness to each client while I come alongside to act as an attachment model for positive change in their lives. I have a professional demeanour who is warm and welcoming; I endeavour to be engaging, and help clients feel at ease, supported, and able to embrace the change they need to apply in their lives. Most importantly, I want my clients to know that it is an utmost privilege to be invited into their lives to share and for a time, journey with them. This may include helping clients with concerns relating to their personal growth, wellness, relationships, mental heath.I am comfortable with adults but would have most experience older teens and young adults. I have a cumulative total of 13 years within different jobs working with young people and am acutely aware of the many challenges they face today.I hope to sit with and come along side clients who are struggling to give them presence. To feel seen, heard, and turned towards in attunement. In my work I draw primarily from Person-Centred, Attachment paradigm, I have also worked with CBT, and EFT. I provide Christian counselling to those who request it.
